CONSULTATION CALL

I'll schedule a consultation call to learn more about your needs, preferences, budget, and overall aesthetic for your wedding. Together, we'll outline a plan that captures your vision and ensures every detail is just right.

CUSTOM PROPOSAL

Tailored to You

Based on our discussions, I'll provide a custom proposal that outlines the services and details tailored to your individual needs. Once everything is finalized, we'll secure your wedding date with a signed contract and 25% deposit to begin the design process.

DESIGN PHASE

Bringing Your Vision to Life

Three months before your wedding, we'll schedule your final design meeting. From table numbers to large-scale signage, each detail will be meticulously crafted to match your style and vision for the day. We'll work together to mock up, plan, and construct the perfect signage plan for your wedding.

ENJOY YOUR DAY

Sit Back & Enjoy

On the big day, all you have to do is sit back, relax, and watch your dream wedding come to life. For delivery orders, I handle all setup and takedown, ensuring a seamless experience for you and your guests. Leave the details to me, and cherish the lasting impression created on your special day.

FrequentlyAsked Questions

  • How far in advance should I book?
    Clients are booked on a first come, first serve basis! Peak season dates (July through October) are typically booked 10-11 months out for Full-Service Signage Packages. For Local Pickup orders, early booking is also encouraged as availability is limited based on Full-Service bookings.
  • Do you offer shipping?
    Currently orders are only available for local pickup or full on site delivery. However, if you are outside of the service area, I would be more than happy to refer you to a local vendor within my network!
  • Are you insured?
    Ivory Details is fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance as needed to your venue.
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    All full service signage packages will include a delivery fee, pricing varies by location and amount/size of rentals and will be included in your itemized proposal. On average, delivery fees by area are as follows: North Jersey ($500), Central Jersey ($150), South Jersey ($500), Philly ($850), NYC ($450), and Long Island ($900).
  • Do you provide mockups?
    Yes, absolutely! Mockups are included with every order, Full-Service Signage Packages include 2-3 mockup variations per item with unlimited revisions.
